The boredom of the sober week
the weekend is here hip, hip hooray The halls of Eisley had been filled again-- and although he'd hate to admit it; he was effected by that. There were other people in other schools and even kids that lived in Brooklyn at all times-- but it just wasn't the same. Beating the ass of some punkass wannabe tough kid from any other school just didn't seem as fulfilling. Just like taking the hand of an unsuspecting virgin didn't have the excitement level as taking in one that had Eisley money and prestige that may even know better than to get caught up in the Elias Campbell shit storm. In short; his winter break had been boring. Very boring.
Sipping on his Blue Hawaiian slushy he had gotten from 7-11 and spiked with enough Everclear to light a fire-- he strolled the premises of Atlantic Mall lookin' to get into something. Anything. Taking the phone out of his pocket he sent a very simple text to his brother, Elijah, "No practice." and turned; walking into a random store. It was one of those girly fucking establishments that played music by Ashlee Simpson and Avril then turned around and called themselves rock. "For shame; for shame. . ." he muttered as he stepped around the gaudy display of closed that looked used but priced at a ridiculous amount. Reaching out, he picks up what seems to be a skirt-- his other hand lifted the cup to his mouth so he could sip from his straw, "God; I love sluts." Throwing the scandalously small piece of denim down on a pile of whatever else; he rolls his shoulders back and observes what he's got going on for him in this store. It'd be easy. Maybe too easy. What more could these faux rocker bitches want then a true to life, bonafide, tattooed and pierced rock star?! Okay; maybe the band that he beat the shit out of his drumkit for wasn't famous yet-- but how many dudes could these broads know personally that was on the warped tour. " None." Elias laughed and wiped at his mouth with the back of his hand. But before he could commit; he had a sort of set back. . . Was it tail he was looking for? Nah. It was anything in specific. A fight; maybe. Vandalism. Arson; if it was a good afternoon. " Fuck; man," he whispered before slowly walking backwards towards the doors of the God forsaken store. Elias was gonna go crazy. Crazier; actually. Boredom was no good when mixing it with the mind of Elias Campbell. Something needed to happen and it needed to happen now-- cause if the Universe left it up to him. . . then something very bad was going to happen; very soon. TAGGED :: open ! OUTFIT :: here ! CAN YOU TAKE THIS SPIKE?will it wash away this jet black feeling? Er. Clothes, boots, jacket, gloves, cell phone? Check! Multiple bracelets that didn't really need to be on her wrists all at the same time? Check! Jeans and a t-shirt under the jacket? Check! Right, now that Kaitlin had gotten all of that out of the way she needed to get out of the dorms for a while and go do something... creative. That meaning that she would probably end up vandalising something or another; whether it would be accidental, or deliberate was another question entirely. Either way, it would be creative, right? Yeah, in Kaitlin language it would be, because making a mockery of things was something that she did so very often; mostly because she needed to put on a brave face for certain people in her life, like Spencer. But right now it wasn't really doing her any good at all just standing in the middle of her dorm staring at the wall. Shaking her head to clear the thoughts, Kaitlin started to move, double checking that she had everything.
Even though she had gloves on her hands, Kaitlin still opted to shove them into the pockets of her leather biker jacket as she kicked a couple of stones down the sidewalk. Normally she wouldn't have walked to the mall, or into downtown Brooklyn itself, but the doctor had insisted that she get a little more exercise, whilst the nurse had told her to take it easy. Now... which of those was she going to listen to?! Er, well, usually neither, but at the moment she didn't fancy the looming prospect of yet another hospital tri- or better yet, the dangerous idea of ending back up in hospital and this time not coming out of it alive. So, she was going to do her very best to try and not mess up this time. Spencer would kill her if she messed up.
Stopping half way to the downtown area, Kaitlin snagged two cigarettes from a person whilst he wasn't looking and then asked a young-ish looking couple for a light. She walked down the road with one in her mouth and the other behind her ear; knowing that it wasn't a very healthy thing to be doing, but not caring at the same time. It was her body, no-one should be telling her what to do with it, right? Good, glad you get it.
Eventually she came to the mall - almost done with the cigarette - and proceeded to enter the premises with it in her mouth when she realised that the sign said 'no smoking'. Well, boo. Kaitlin didn't like that at all. Grimacing, she dropped the finished cigarette to the floor and stamped on it with her boot, contemplating the idea of causing trouble for the heck of it, or being a good little fifteen year old and just going window shopping.
Uhm. No.
Kaitlin decided that it would be a good idea to cause trouble. Taking the second cigarette from behind her ear, she placed it, unlit, in her mouth, pushed her way inside the mall and shoved her hands into the pockets of her leather biker jacket once again. Keeping her head tilted slightly downwards so that she didn't attract too much attention to herself, Kaitlin walked in whichever direction her feet were taking her and came to an abrupt halt in front of a security man. Kaitlin looked up from the floor, raising an eyebrow at him as he pointed to the cigarette in her mouth and practically told her to get out.
"Uhm, no. I'm a paying customer in this mall; the cigarette isn't even lit and it's not harming anyone, is it?"
After five minutes of bickering with the fucking security guard, Kaitlin eventually decided that it would be better, for both of them (well, his safety really), if she just left him to his own devices. Turning on her heel, the fifteen year old meandered through a sea of people before entering some weird shop and walking smack-bang into another human being, who just so happened to have a drink in his hands at the time. "Well, fuck!" She exclaimed, managing to keep her cigarette in her mouth as she glared up at him from her tiny height.
