yes! damnit; school was back in session! while most people were dreading going to class and having to do homework.. valentina was actually excited. she was ready to pop some essays out of her ass! and get gyrating that same ass for her beloved cheerleading. it was weird; but for her, eisley was kinda theraputic . back in cali; there was always drama. and despite the fact that she`d been in brooklyn for months.. it always seemed to envolve her. she`d gotten into damn near six fights throughtout her break. don`t misunderstand; val loved her hometown of compton, california.. but the only good that came from her visit home this break; was seeing her family and that visit from brad.

she took a deep breathe and rolled over on her back after she added the finishing touches to her homework. her eyes closed slowly and a smile crept up to her lips. no more homework, end of the week, no work tonight; val sighed in absolute bliss. she`d be able to relax and think up some new cheers, maybe get in some reading. things she had no time or solitude to do in california. she began to think about what she could do. she could call the ashley to her marykate and hang out with her; she could call up brad; she could pull tilly out.. or she could catch a movie.. watch some TV.. read a book.. after a few moments of staring at the cieling and thinking of what exactly she wanted to do; she decided to get a good book, curl up, and read til she knocks out.

she jumped up off her bed and went to her overstuffed bookshelf and looked through the choices before pulling out 'confessions of an ugly stepsister' by an author, gregory maguire, that was one of her favorites. she took a deep breathe as she sat back on her bed before deciding she wanted to go somewhere else to read. she slipped on a small jacket and some shoes before grabbing her book and keys and walking out the dorm room. she took a deep breathe and went out to watch the snow fall for a moment then shivered and started towards the student lounge. then she slowed her step to a stop and walked into the snow.

she sat down on a nearby bench and popped open her book. she read for a while before looking up and watching a few of the students that were walking by. if only.. she had somebody to enjoy this weather with. val desperately wished she could curl up in the arms of a guy and just watch the snow fall with him. but! alas; miss russo could not. the guy she wanted, the only guy, was too into other.. things to give her time. they`d talked about it.. and she realized, she was being selfish, wanting him to herself. and she told him that. he apologized for not having any time.. but something in valentina couldn`t take the apology.. because, to her, it seemed like he just didn`t have time for her. he`d obviously had time.. or at least, enough to go on a few dates with penny and some chick named serenity... whatever. who was she to be jealous, right?

val looked up at the sky for a moment and thought about it all; then, she grabbed her book and made her way to the student lounge. she walked in without even looking around; she went into the student lounge and curled up on the couch in front of the fire. she pulled out her ipod and pushed the earphones into her ears before turning it to a specific playlist; she took a deep breathe then cracked open her book and began to read.

Abigail sighed as she walked into the student louge. School was back in sesion. This was a miserable time for her, because it meant the end of her sweet blessed freedom. She missed the days of shopping in New York City shops, hoping for a glance of a celeberty. She would be beyond thrilled if she saw a celeberity, much less talked to one. Yes, she was star struck, much like every other human being on the planet. Even if she was somewhat of a celeberity on campus, she still was amazed by celeberies in movies. She always hoped when she went out shopping that she would see someone famous shopping and be able to help them pick out an outfit. It would be a great moment for her. She could easily see herself fitting in with the rich and famous. After all, she was already rich, now all she needed to be was famous. Her dad had tried to get her a role in a movie, to no avail. Apparently, this was one of the few dirrectors that couldn't be bought off. It was appaling to her, and it was one of the few times her dad hadn't been able to buy her what she wanted. It had almost made her cry, till her dad went out and bought her a dimond tennis braclet. That had made everything better.

She sat on the couch and pulled her knees up to her chest. She had to get this essay started. So she pulled out her pink notebook and her pin, which of course wrote in pink ink. Pink for some reason was her favorite color, and so she wrote in pink with her lucky pen. This pen, when she wrote with it, always got her excellent marks. She began to bite down on the end of her pen. This poor pen had many bit marks from where Abigail had bitten down on it. It was one of her naister habits, and not one she was proud of. It wasn't as bad as those people who bit their nails. She shuddered. It was disgusting. She looked down at her nails. They looked perfect, as always. She made a mental note to herself to go get her nails looked at, and touched up. She needed a hair cut too, now that she thought about it. Her roots could probably use a touch up as well. That was when she noticed the girl in front of the fire. Was it really that cold? She got up and went and sat next to her. Abigail was always up for a new friend. Then she saw the earbuds in her ears. "Hello?"
