SO I'LL STUDY ALL DAY,and hopefully i won't get a bee! - - - It was killing her, it truly was. Sure, she was a fan of studying and she did want to be a grade A student, but she was studying when she didn't have to. She was constantly hiding out in the library so she could avoid going home in the passed week. Her mother had a pretty bad turn and was beginning to shout at her because she didn't know who she was, she had no idea why there were these strange people in her house and she wanted them out before her husband came back home, who was sitting next to her. It wasn't that she didn't love her mother any more, it was that her heart was being broken watching her mother fall apart before her very eyes, it was the fact she was losing the person she felt so close to before this. She was only fifteen and she had to deal with losing her mother, but she wasn't dead, she hadn't moved away, she was sitting right there but she was absent in mind, some times. This was another reason why she spent all of her time on campus now, she had her own dorm and her father was paying for her to be there, but she did visit home a lot, especially since they moved closer for the hospital treatment. This whole situation kind of sucked.
- - - Finally arriving at the library doors, the little wonder had to decide what she was going to do. She needed to keep her mind occupied and she needed to figure out what her homework was. She knew she had to speak to someone to get a lighter load on her homework so she could spend more time with her mother when she was having a good day, but then again, she didn't want to fall behind on her studies, she was someone who was always ahead of her studies if anything. She didn't want a lighter load in some ways because the more work she had, the easier it was for her to keep her mind off of things. Sure, she could go star gazing to relax her, but after a while, she did start to drift back and it would just depress her. She needed to sort out her mind, that was easy, just find something simple that was entertaining and sweet. Her mind drifted as she opened the doors and walked inside. She could have a few hours of star watching in books, or she could just do homework, or a combination of both. She needed to do something to take her mind off of everything going on in her head at the moment, she needed to sort this out. She blinked slightly and finally decided.
- - - The tiny girl bounded into the library and grabbed the book that she needed first. She slid it on to the table where she was going to work and moved off to the rest of the shelves. She looked around quickly, grabbing a few books and then putting them on the table again. That was when she saw it. They had a brand new book about stars and the skies above and she wanted it. The trouble was it was far too high up for this five foot and six inch high girl to reach it. She sucked in a deep breath and let it out slowly, looking up at the book, it was so shiny and new and she wanted it, man she wanted it bad. Under her breath she began to mutter all the constellations she could remember, making sure she could remember, a little thing she did when she felt she was going to stress herself out or she felt like her mind was slipping. She jumped, trying to reach the book and failed epically, losing her footing and falling straight down onto her back side. "Oof," escaped from her lips. She pouted slightly as she looked up, folding her arms across her chest in a huff.

*because I don't wanna be here ! , I DON'T WANNA SEE THIS NOW Brooklyn was completely convinced. Her chemistry teacher was evil. There was no denying it and no getting around it. Only someone who was pure evil would assign an eight page paper at the start of the new semester. Of course, Brooklyn had been the one who decided to wait until the very last minute to actually do the paper and the paper was due in two days, but that was besides the point. What the hell was a chemistry teacher doing assigning a paper anyway? Hello, the whole point of chemistry to to actually work with chemicals and light shit on fire. That was why Brooklyn had signed up for the course in the first place. She seriously would have to start rethinking her reason for picking classes.
She stood in front of the library looking up at it with evil eyes as if it had done something completely horrible to her. She flicked her cigarette on the ground, making sure to crush it with her heeled boot, and then headed through the doors with an extremely long sigh. Brooklyn definitely wasn't one of those people who liked to spend her free time in the library. She had no problem doing it during a free period or if there was a choice between going there and actually being in class. However, when it took up her personal time...she just hated doing it. Her time could be spent doing other things. For instance, at this very moment , she could be working on a new cheer, holding an extra cheer practice, pine silently over her best friend Elijah Campbell, or finishing one of her songs. Hell, she could be getting wasted right now. Okay so it was a little early to be getting trashed, but sometimes a little afternoon drinking just hit the spot. Instead, she was making her way to the head librarian to try and find the chemistry section.
The librarian pointed her in the right direction and she walked off, her heels clicking and clacking. A few of the other librarians gave her dirty looks, but they disappeared once she was on the carpet which prevented her boots from making noise. She went through the stacks, picking out the books that looked like they would help her out the most. Her plan was to get the books, find a table at the very back of the library, and pop in her earphones. She was just about to execute that brilliant plan when she heard a small thump a few rows away. She walked into the direction of the noise and couldn't help but laugh when she saw a girl on the floor. From the way that she was giving the shelf a death glare, Brooklyn figured she had been trying to get a book that she couldn't quite reach.
"You know they have ladders for that right?" Brooklyn said pointing to the ladder that was not too far from them. She pushed it in the girls direction, quite happy with herself when it stopped in an almost perfect spot. * it's all wrong but it's alright and I don't wanna be here ! , AND I DON'T WANNA STUDY NOW tagged , gwen t. outfit , outfit! lip ring! nose ring!words , 514. lyrics , chem 6a by switchfoot. status , finished. notes , well hello there.

SO I'LL STUDY ALL DAY,and hopefully i won't get a bee! - - - Gwen hated this book already for being on a shelf she couldn't reach. Not only was she now without the book, she had made a complete fool of herself in the middle of the library. To be honest, she didn't need a book to do that, she could do that herself because she was just that much of a dork. She could make a fool of herself by talking sometimes because that was just who she was, she was a dweeb and she wouldn't change it for the world. She enjoyed being a dweeb, it allowed her to be whoever she wanted to be, she would never allow other people to tell her what to do. She was one of those kids who knew she wouldn't be popular because of the kind of person she was and she didn't care about be being popular either, probably one of the few people. She just wanted to turn up to class, pass and go home again. Of course, her life had a bigger goal than that and that included falling in love, having a family and getting paid to stare at stars, she knew that would just be her perfect job.
- - - Her ear twitched slightly as she heard someone laughing at her which made the poor brunette frown, not at the person, oh no, she would never do that, she was just too nice. Instead, the little nerd turned her head to look at the girl, she was clearly a popular person with her smart clothes and her slightly bitchy attitude towards the poor dork. "Oh, I didn't know they had them," she said, looking up at her. Maybe would be a good time to get up and go get her book. She looked up at the ladder and her eyes widened slightly, she wasn't scared of heights, she just didn't like the look of that ladder, it looked old and worn out, as if one step on it would cause the whole thing to implode. She slowly stood herself up and dusted herself down a little, taking her bag off of her back and placed it next to the small pile of advanced science books she had. She came up the ladder and down it once again as quick as possible to get the book and touch the ground.
- - - Turning back to the girl she had just spoken to, she had decided that it would be polite and the right thing to do. "Thanks," she said with a little smile, being as polite as possible. She picked the bag up and slung it back over her shoulder and grabbed her books and turned to find a table. She glanced at the few books she had on her and smiled brightly. "Science fan?" she asked with a little giggle as she saw the mass of chemistry books, she had her own, she loved science a little too much. All of her books were advanced science, for a fifteen year old, she was pretty smart. Back in Jersey, she was always the one helping people with their science work and now, she was doing it too, she would imagine that she could pretty much help anyone.
