SEVENTEEN - JUNIOR - JOHN O'CALLAGHAN
this is teegan's twin, peter alec monroe. he was shot in the stomach when they were in chicago, at the age of fifteen. as he fell, he told teegan to run, and she listened to him. now, a day doesn't go by without her thinking about him. so, the plot ? he doesn't die when he's shot, but he doesn't remember who he is. all he can remember is that he was headed for brooklyn, and that's what he does, under a new name. with a fresh new look, too. he runs into the same elderly couple, mr. and mrs. steponkus, as teegan did, and they enroll him into eisley prep, under his new name. he meets teegan, and she has this "glow" to her. teegan doesn't recognise peter. she thinks he's dead, anyways, and i mean, hell, it's been two years, and they both have changed a bit. anyways, they start hanging out...and then they start dating, without even realising that they're really brother and sister, that they're twins.
the rest can be plotted out later. i'll give you cookies and all my love if you take dear peter. the alias name is up to you and his personality is too. just remember he's gotta be british and stuff. it'd probably be smart to go read tee' profile. oh, and by the way, i'm pennylope.
